im Forum habe ich die Lösung gefunden.
Ich habe eine 0 Byte große EXP01_00.csv und wd_export.csv angelegt und in den Ordner export gelegt.

Nun kommt keine Fehlermeldung mehr, aber diese beiden Dateien werden von Meteohub auch nicht verändert.
