Hi,
to try out MeteoHub I've installed VirtualBox on my MacBook and downloaded your VMware image.
The virtual machine runs without problems, but it has no access to the weatherstation that is connected via USB to my MacBook. I can see it in the list of USB devices, but it is greyed out and sais unavailable.
I've already spent the last few hours messing around with this problem, consulting different forums for VirtualBox, tried out some solutions, but it still doesn't work. Most other people have that problem with usb drives that they can eject on OS X and afterwards it works with the virtual machine. But I can't eject another USB device like a weather station, that is not mounted...
Did anyone of you have the same problem and can give my some help?
Regards
Stef

Re: USB weatherstation unavilable in VirtualBox
Ok, finally I got it working!
I don't really know why. But I tried unloading the USB drivers again, made an own user group that owns the virtualbox directory, unplugged the station again, stopped the vm, rebooted the Mac, started the vm and then plugged in the station - and suddenly it worked... weird...
