Data missing in Services using "before each new month" **solved**
I have been running end of month reports successfully as a "one-time alarm". This month I ran it but also duplicated the "Subj # Body" and ran it as a "before each new month" service. I was hoping to eliminate the constant checking for conditions using the "one-time alarm".
The results were run correctly for the "one-time alarm" run at 11:59 PM but most data missing for the "before each new month" service. What is the problem please?

Are you on latest release? Older releases had problems in that area.

Hmm, it looks like the release I had been using should have perhaps fixed this?
"released February 4, 2017
....
fixes a bug that did no correctly handle events "before" and "after" day break. Time stamps used for collecting associated data were not correctly used."
I just rebooted to the latest build.

Please try and report.

Hi,
It runs if I test it, which I did previously but then I had all zero entries other than rain I believe, at the month change. I'll see what happens at the end of this month. Do you think one of your recent software changes fixed this?
Thanks

Hi Admin,
This is still broken. All entries for before month end are empty once again. Please respond.,

I need more details. Can you provide me a remote login to your rig,
so that I can see what your settings really are?
Please send URL and password to "info(at)meteobridge.com".

I have the same problem. I had set-up to receive a monthly overview e-mail generated before each month and it is partly empty.

Hi heersje,
I have an alarm set up that works and could send it to you by PM. Its not very elegant, but works. Seems the Admin isn't interested in assisting with this.
