Meteobridge „service unavailable“ **solved**

I can‘t reach the Internet Login page for my meteobridge pro (since yesterday about 13 pm). It just shows „service unavailable“ and „The server is temporarily unable to service your request (...)“. Further, i can‘t reach any graphs, that i saved as external URL and it seems that i cannot reach my network folder either.
Otherwise, sending services are working (to meteoplog for instance) and i can reach the MB pro with magicip.meteobridge.com.

Actually, network folder works... the only thing is remote login and all external links of graphs do not work. Is it a problem in my system or does meteobridge have server issues?

The message on the Meteobridge server indicates that the remote login tunnel has not been established for some reason.
Sometimes a reboot of your Meteobridge does fix it.

I did several reboots, but it did not change anything. What happened yesterday is that my meteobridge pro device got a new IP (last number changed from 2 to 4), could this be a problem? Somehow, I don't think this should interfere with the external URL... I really don't know what to do, because everything else just works perfectly fine.

Same issue here on the standard Meteobridge. A reboot did not resolve my issue.

I'm having the same problem. I can only reboot remotely because it's in a vacation house.

Using Meteobridge 3.4 (Oct 26 2017, build 11579), FW 1.4

It is the latest version. I rebooted to get rid of my cached unlimited retires. So I didn't update. Usually I update remotely by rebooting. But this time it was the latest version and didn't come back up.

Interestingly I have 3 devices of which one I can still login remotely and 2 I can not log in remotely.
I have not changed any thing.

I have the same problem. The hardware is on an Island, far away. But the cause is not by us but the server (503 Service Unavailable).

Digging more deeply into this, I found a server problem on my side. Sorry for that.
When you reboot the Meteobridge, it should rebuild the connection fine again.
But it needs a reboot of your client.
