Came in this morning and mine's happily running now - downloaded the stack sometime overnight.

It could be a problem with the site that the image is being downloaded from.... My TR-MR3020 is doing exactly the same thing right now, although it has been up and running all day. I just rebooted it (still evaluating whether it works with my WS-2355) and it's now not getting an image - no changes ...
