Found why it is not working.
I'm using a davis vantage pro from 2001. This type is not working with the meteostick.

Yes, i've tried both, but the frequency i'v now set is: 868MHz

transmitter IDs checked ISS=1 and Wind=2
I'm using a EU vantage and live in the Netherlands.
The ISS is 10m away, the windstation: 5m with no obstructions
I've the meteostick with an usb cable away from the rpi.
