I have been running a setup with Meteohub / Raspberry PI (Model 2 and now 3) / WMR300 - connected via USB with the Oregon WMR 300 console around 3 years, and it has been very reliable (not having the SD card issues described elsewhere).

Quite suddenly this autumn some of the sensor data is not ...

I have the same problem on RPI Model B (loosing GUI interface) (while weather underground data posting continues)
I have tested: rcthttpd stop , rcthttpd start, As well as the rcthttpd restart

web gui - used to work for some days after launch this spring, but now neither reboot or rcthttpd comands ...

One comment to the problem of WIFI disappearing without cable in, could possibly be a problem with the router and DHCP settings (i.e. how Your router is setup to distribute IP adresses to devices in Your network, i.e. that something happens to the DHCP given to the wifi adaptor if the cable (ETH0 ...

oK, thanks a lot for prompt feedback - I understand Meteohub is purposebuilt for only running "weatherdevice" on the Raspberry
(but for local login, will that be the same or why does not meteohub/meteohub work... ?
For instance to add a wlan adapter for use in the real setting / for updating sw on ...

Great stuff that support for WMR 300 have been added.

Downloaded and booted on Raspberry tonight, but I do not really understand how to "add" / select WMR 300 as the weather station?
(do one add an HID USB temp or ... ? Do not really see any option of adding Oregon WMR 300 ? )
