Upload Status shows green check boxes. Hovering over the green check box shows upload times haven't updated. It shows the latest upload time is usually several hours ago if it went offline then. It's the same for all wether networks. The only way I know it goes offline is an email from WeatherCloud ...

About once a day, my MB NanoSD doesn't update weather networks. I've included the log below and it doesn't show any errors at all, it just shows the normal startup sequence. I do have automatic update on reboot set up.
You can see from the chart here that it goes offline around 9pm each night.

I woke up this morning and NanoSD wasn't sending data and same "termination signal 11". I rebooted as you suggested and everything came back online using build 3461.

I'll let you know how it goes. If it breaks is usually within the next 24 hours.
