After three days I have now got my TP-Link MR3020 V1 working again and transmitting dtata as it should.
Yesterday I re-flashed the firmware using the "OPENWRT" process, from the link on the "Black page of death"
The file I downloaded is meteobridge-tl-mr3020-v1.5.bin
Re-flashing went without a ...

Thank you. I know the Network Port has not failed because I can see the IP of the device when I scan the network with Advanced IP scanner.
My process is:

Re: TP-Link 3020 - Something strange
Another hour and a half trying every way I can, following the Wiki to get my device back on line and no progress.
I've got back to the "Nuclear" option, of the cloud simulator config.tgz file and rebooting the model with a USB stick loaded with the file.
Is the TP-Link 3020 still supported? It is ...

Re: TP-Link 3020 - Something strange
Yes, tried all three suggestions, multiple times All I kept getting back to was the "Black screen of death" - Meteobridge Landing Page (FW 1.2)
I left the TP-Link connected overnight and after 8 hours, it reconnected by itself and I was able to get in and set everything up again.

Re: TP-Link 3020 - Something strange - no progress
Another couple of hours of trying everything and No Progress!
I tried meteobridge/meteobridge as the user name/pw, as suggested in the wiki. That got me to Meteobridge landing page (FW1.2) All black.
I went to the cloud and created then saved the tgz file to a FAT32 memory stick.

TP-Link 3020 - Something strange **solved**
At 00:01 today (10/09/19) my Meteobridge went down. I've spent about 4 hours this afternoon trying to recover it and get it transmitting data again.
When I eventually was able to log in, the memory in meteobridge had been wiped. No station data, no upload data, nothing had been retained.

Re: Where to send MeteoBridge data
Thank you for your insightful response. I have now asked on WXForum as well.
You are correct there are huge numbers of users who have MB, but because the WordPress WeatherStation is fairly new, there seem to be few users of it.

Where to send MeteoBridge data
Since the change to the way Wunderground handles the data from my station, I have decided to use my own web site with a page for my PWS.
My website is built using WordPress and I want to use the WordPress plugin called WeatherStation. I need to find one of the accepting weather sites in the ...

Changing MR3020 to a fixed IP
It's been another frustrating day!
I use a TP Link MR3020, flashed with meteobridge to upload data from my IROX Pro X to Wunderground etc.
For the last three months, I have had problems with the MR3020 stopping sending data. Usually pressing the left button once re sets it. However today it went ...

Re: Something strange going on with a new setup - DLink 505
As WiFi is used by other users of this device fine the remaining explanation
is that you simply don't give the right WiFi credentials.
I Don't think this is credible. The device had linked and was transmitting data to Wundergrund, and then stopped. HOWEVER, the device was not visible when I used ...

Is anyone using a D-Link DIR-505
I am still having trouble with my brand new D-Link DIR-505.
I emailed the address on the Meteobridge website for help, info@smartbedded.com, but he has said to put the question up here.
I posted a message on Saturday when I was having the problems. Not getting any answers I went back to basic ...

Something strange going on with a new setup - DLink 505
I just replaced a failed TP-Link with a new D-Link DIR 505. Flashing the firmware to Meteobridge went without a hitch, but I spent more than 4 hours trying to get the unit to accept the network configuration.
I followed the Wiki and setup the wireless LAN, while the 505 was connected by cable, but ...

Recommendation for Meteobridge hardware
I have been using a TP Link MR3020 for Meteobridge since 2011 and it has worked well. However last week the local electric company cut power again (as they have done regularly for months) but this time the MR3020 will not reboot. I have tried all the methods suggested, can see the device on the ...

TP-link MR3020 - unable to log in
I hope this is the right place to ask this question. I have been using a TP Link MR3020, flashed with Meteobridge since 2012. Where I live we have frequent power cuts, but the router re boots OK. On Friday, the power company cut the power again, but this time the router power light is on and the ...
