Re: Micro Sd card for Raspberry Pi 4B

You can purchase a 2GB SLC card on eBay which is approved for approx $20 US including shipping. See item # 193697994136.

Re: Meteobridge supports Raspberry Pi 3B, 3B+, 4B

Reformat the card using Windows to Fat32. Write the downloaded image to the card using Balena Etcher. When you boot the RPi with the newly written card make sure that your weather station is NOT CONNECTED to your RPi. Do not connect your Vantage Pro Data Logger to your RPi until you have completely ...

Re: Vantage Pro2 No Data

Is it possible your USB hub ( which is required ) has failed ?. If you have a spare you might try switching it.

Re: Vantage Pro2 No Data

I notice that the log shows your station as devMH. Since you’re connecting your console to your tplink via USB I think your connection type has been corrupted. Check your primary station device setting under the station tab and see if it’s still set to USB.

Re: MB RPI on WiFi

I’m still using my Nano SD but To test the RPi version I downloaded and installed the 3B+ version on a 3B+ I have using both a 2GB SLC micro SD card and also the newly added 8GB San Disk SLC micro SD card. I also downloaded the 4B version and installed it on a 16GB San Disk SLC micro SD card and ins...

Re: FTP fails

I have the wi-fi logger 1 ( the original version ) installed in my Vantage Vue Console. I have a Weatherbridge Nano SD installed in my Vantage Pro 2 Console and a Raspberry Pi 3B+ running Weeex connected to a Davis Weather Envoy via a USB Data Logger. All 3 work well. Strange that reverting to an ea...

Re: FTP fails

You need to find out from the RLS if they have upgraded their internet security protocols. Meteohub is based on Debian Wheezy, which has been end of life for 3 years now and no updates or upgrades are available. As a result, the Meteohub platform does not have the capability to communicate if the RL...

Re: Nano SD connection issues

Since it runs fine for three days before slowing down could it possibly be a buffer or memory issue that fills up after three days and then isn’t purged ?. I don’t know if there is any way to test either the on board ram or the microSD card to see if either is the culprit ?.

Re: Nano SD connection issues

If you’re having trouble with a 2nd unit it sounds like the problem is not with the NanoSD itself. Possibly an issue with your Davis Console or router.

Re: Secondary Temp Sensor missing after reboot

Why don’t you reboot into System 4.4 ( using the version control drop down menu ). If that works correctly, then reboot into the newest version 5.0 and see if it just might have been a corrupted download.

Re: Vantage sensor battery status

I do not have that sensor showing on my sensor mapping page and if I try to add it I am not offered a choice to add it, just a no mapping option.

Re: Vantage sensor battery status

I don’t see any report of iss battery status on the Meteobridge sensor information page, however there must be the capability to show it as the newest Weather 34 Dashboard does show a warning in the upper right corner when the battery is low.

Re: Meteobridge supports Raspberry Pi 3B, 3B+, 4B

A complete reformat of the 8GB San Disk SLC micro SD card and reflashing it with the downloaded Bin file using Balena Etcher and using the just arrived OEM 3 Amp Power Supply and my 4B booted right up. For those who have ordered the 8GB San Disk micro SD card since it was recently listed as supporte...

Re: Meteobridge supports Raspberry Pi 3B, 3B+, 4B

The only thing left to try is another power supply. The specifications for the 4B say to use a 3 Amp supply. I’m using a 1 amp supply now but have the correct supply arriving tomorrow. Hopefully that will solve the issue but I don’t know as the Raspberry Pi OS Buster which I’ve installed on a microS...

Re: Meteobridge supports Raspberry Pi 3B, 3B+, 4B

I don’t remove the card from the reader until the flashing program says it’s complete. I thought that the image was expanded by the RPI itself upon first powering it up after the card was inserted.
