I am having the same issues with the new GUI. I tested on Firefox and MS Edge, both current versions and both display the same GUI. Screen shot is attached

As MB is only a single threaded device then it's not the number (as such) of services etc that could be an issue but the config and execution of those services as a time line. Pushing 23 services one at a time is just a single service 23 times, pushing multiple services at the same time is when ...

Sorry, I cannot work with this unsorted bunch of partial information. Uploads work fine, when needed data is coming in fine from the weather station. You can inspect per service when it has been triggered. Please start from there to spot your failure.

Twitter stopped working on 14 May. Prior to that date, all uploads worked without issue. I added Meteotemplate on 26 May. I will, as an experiment, end some uploads and see what transpires. As far as "pushing ...
