Hi Boris,

I can confirm that backup data is being restored correctly on "power reboots" when set to "get newest on boot".

I can also confirm backup data is corrupt on "power reboots" every time when set to "boot from USB" .

After getting corrupt data restores after reboots on the TL-MR3020, I'm now using SW V4.3 with "Get Newest on Boot" selected and the later MB Software now restores the data fine. I'm reluctant to change back to "Boot from USB"

Could anyone else that has a TL-MR3020 and has "Boot from USB" selected ...

Thanks Boris, .... Since changing from "USB Boot" to "Get Newest on Boot" in the last 2 months, the MR3020 V3 restored correctly on 5/5 occasions. Now the question is, does using "USB Boot" still mash your data restores?

Far Out. All I can tell you is ... out of approximately 25+ power reboots (first 7 months) with "get newest on boot", 23 Failed to restore historical data (the 2 successful restores in last 2 months), out of approximately 25 power reboots (last 11 months) using USB stick, 25 have failed. SOFT ...

Platform:TL-MR3020V3 (no USB hub)
RAM:60592 kB total, 15796 kB free (73% used)
SW Version:Meteobridge 4.3 (Feb 10 2020, build 2894), FW 1.3

The corrupt data restores on POWER Reboots is not Fixed. It restored my data on one occasion after updating to the latest software, now on using the USB Stick on the last 4 reboots ... the data is corrupt every time? )-:

If backups could also be manually created/checked ...

Thanks for replying. I'm VERY happy to report that with the latest update Meteobridge, for the FIRST TIME restored all my data flawlessly after a power reboot! (I am not game to try power rebooting again until the next power outage.)

Thanks for posting. Have them set at STD 10 minutes each, have tried other settings with no change! Still get erroneous and 0ed data on power reboots? Boris has remotely logged in twice and checked everything? ... Rob.

I've been getting 0'ed and/or erroneous data on a Power Reboot on my MB since new (All SW Versions). It's a pain in the arse correcting it all. I have to do a screen grab daily in case I have a power outage! Others don't seem to have this problem and I have a good LAN/WAN and have studied ...

ONLY After MB is POWER cycled, Historical Data is reinstated with 80% being corrupt, showing erroneous or 0ed data and dates. Soft reboots reinstate fine. Boris ...
