Bizzare... I created a new PWS under a different Wunderground account and successfully connected. I then switched back to my original PWS, and now it works. Go figure. I have no idea why it suddenly started working, but I'll take it.
Thank you for all your suggestions.

Re: Weather Underground authentication failed
I tried a 1 minute upload with the station id and station key, but it still does not work. I continue to get the authentication failed error. I was able to successfully connect to WeatherCLoud, but can not get Wunderground working.

Re: Weather Underground authentication failed
This is NOT solved. Not sure why it was marked so.
I still can not connect to Weather Underground from the "Weather Network" tab. I enter the Station ID assigned by Wunderground, and my Wunderground login password and continue to encounter the error: Weather Underground: Username/Password ...

Re: Meteobridge NANO Setup problems **solved**
My firewall IS on the WAN side of my wifi network (LAN), but just to test the NANO, I created another (temporary) wifi network that is not protected by my firewall.

Re: Weather Underground authentication failed
I didn't solve my NANO issues yet, but I have a temporary workaround (a separate wifi network that bypasses my hardware firewall). I still need to figure out what firewall settings are preventing the NANO from functioning properly. So, all I can say is that it is network related, and not a fault ...

1) I created a Wunderground account
2) I added a new PWS and obtained a station id and key

Re: Meteobridge NANO Setup problems
The wire handle colour is red.
I believe magicip can find the IP, but the NANO is not responding (i.e., the timeout error lists the IP address).
The NANO's mac id and DHCP assigned IP address show up in my router's list of DHCP assigned devices. I also used an IP Scanner app to scan my network for ...

Re: Meteobridge NANO Setup problems
I removed the batteries, I unplugged the A/C adapter, I plugged in a 1000mA adapter, the console powered up, the NANO rebooted, the NANO's LED did its blinky dance, and the LED settled into a solid red. I then tried to browse to magicip.meteobridge.com again and encountered the same timeout error ...

Re: Meteobridge NANO Setup problems
Hmmm... My Vantage Vue console is powered by an adapter that is rated at 300mA, and not the 1000 mA that you say I need. I'll see if I can find a beefier A/C adapter and see if that helps.
As for the fixed IP address,.... yes, I do intend to use a fixed IP, but I'm currently focusing on getting ...
