New event for on specific data point changed
It would be really awesome if an event could be triggered when a data point actually changes. For example, the temperature changes infrequently and would save a lot of event triggers and data bandwidth if it only triggered the event when the temperature changes. Whereas the wind speed could be ...

Why is 15 seconds the fastest periodic rate?
Why is 15 seconds the fastest periodic rate available? Is there a file(s) that can be edited on my end to added additional rates, like 5 seconds would be ideal for my use case.

Re: Triggered by new data event?
OK. I wish I could select which data. Tried to use this for a mySQL output and it blows up the buffer with even just one field since it is firing every 2 seconds.admin wrote: Sat Nov 20, 2021 12:28 pm Any new weather data coming in from one of the connected stations triggers this.

Re: Triggered by new data event?
I see under event triggers, there is now "Triggered by new data" as an option. This is not defined anywhere in any of the documentation. Trying it out, it is firing the event very very frequently, every few seconds. So I'm wondering what new data is it triggering on? Is it any sensor data or ...

Re: NanoSD super slow, data falling behind, buffer filling up
I changed all my 1 minute or less updates to 5 minutes. Left WU and my own in-house mySQL server at 1 minute. No more buffer.

Re: NanoSD super slow, data falling behind, buffer filling up
Yes I reboot after all these changes to clear the backlog. Is there some way to see what is in the buffer? I'd like to just see what is holding it up rather than randomly deleting and rebuilding all the services and nets.

Re: NanoSD super slow, data falling behind, buffer filling up
All services are set for no retries. I tried turning off minute data, which also didn't help.

NanoSD super slow, data falling behind, buffer filling up
Good morning. I'm having a problem with my Nano SD. This started a few weeks ago and continues today. I thought maybe it was the new version so I downgraded down to 5.1 but didn't change.

Script to adjust scheduled events?
Hi all. Is there a way (perhaps with a script?) to programmatically adjust scheduled events? For example, I have a "every 5 minutes" event that writes wx data to a mySQL server, which is also used on a public facing website. I would like to script something that will increase the schedule to every ...

OK, so that answers my question about where the file system on the card comes from. The Nano does that all for me, super!

Re: NanoSD freezes often
That's already the case on my network. My WLAN is fixed on on CH 11 for 2.4ghz. I live in the middle of farmland so there is no other wifi interference. The web UI starts getting slower and slower and slower. Stops reporting to the networks. Eventually the web UI just fails to load, but never fails ...
