Re: wrong Ecowitt lightning sensor description/names in MB

By changing the meaning of 0x62 tagged information the data for number of strikes of the past is rendered garbage. I would recommend to delete that and start with a fresh reporting. Regarding the additional ideas. a) "number of days with strikes" is not computed by Meteobridge and this is also not ...

Re: wrong Ecowitt lightning sensor description/names in MB

Now, one day later, MB has made some adjustments to the numbers - looks like the table update occurs delayed (after midnight ?) MB-lightning-test-20210417_1640-6(PRPi+Pro).JPG Still, the numbers are not consistent (count of 2 instead of 3 or 2 instead of 1, depending on the meaning). Even if that li...

Re: wrong Ecowitt lightning sensor description/names in MB

no more attachment per post accepted ... the not updated MB Pro shows: MB-lightning-test-20210417_1640-5(Pro).JPG if we go by the picture above, - the first line should show "1", not "2" - it can only show 1 or 0, no other number (as it is days with strikes , 1 or 0) - the distance is clear and ok -...

wrong Ecowitt lightning sensor description/names in MB

Hi Boris, this is the umpteenth (and hopefully final) request from many forum users for straightening out the naming of the three sensor values provided by a Ecowitt WH57 lightning sensor. (By the way - that's not meant as criticism, but as a proposal for a constructive solution of the issue. :D ) T...

Re: Database correction

First of all congratulations ! but .... "Rain problem was trickier to solve as the MT readings were differently formatted along the file, but it went well at the end. A word of advice, rain0total is the accumulated value. 1609475700 rain0total 0,2 1609476000 rain0total 1,2 1609476300 rain0total 1,4 ...

Re: Database correction

regarding wind Meteobridge stores wind speeds in m/s whereas Meteotemplate does it in km/h - so a conversion may be needed (divided by 3.6) before importing. regarding rain I don't know how MB processes the input - anyhow except for your 1st line (which would provide "0.00" - as rain is the 4th valu...

Re: Add a second FTP/SFTP services configuration in the Services tab

I updated the "Path" line in Meteobridge as follows: ftp://USER:PASSWORD@ftp.ambientweathe r:n et:21/directory1 and Ambient Weather still doesn't seem to be able to accept and display the webcam. Any other thoughts or guidance is appreciated. Thank you all for the support to date! ./directory1 is a...

Re: Database correction

Honestly, I didn't. I downloaded the database from MT, which comes in a format like below, 2021-01-01 00:00:00,10.9,10.9,10.9,73.0,6.2,21.8,37.0,335.0,0.000,0.000,1016.800,0.0,5.8 2021-01-01 00:05:00,11.1,11.1,10.9,74.0,6.6,23.6,43.4,339.0,0.000,0.000,1016.700,0.0,5.7 2021-01-01 00:10:00,11.1,11.2,...

Re: Add a second FTP/SFTP services configuration in the Services tab

It's probably rather ftp://User:Password@ftp.ambientweather.net:port/path e.g. ftp://user:pwd@ftp.ambientweather.net:21/directory1 the port is shown behind the host name separated by a colon (":") ! /directory1 is the directory name after the www-root* of the web site server example to make it hopef...

Re: Database correction

Hi Juan did you read https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index.php/PRO_Tutorial#Data_Import ?? There you can see what which format you use for import is supposed to look like. You have to either convert your export to one of these formats, or create directly an export which already provides the proper ...

Re: Service events

In a way I'm happy to see this. I've just converted to the pi version and I wondered if if the pi allowed more service events. Now I know. I'd be happier if it allowed more, but I'll have to budget my allotment. It depends on what you want to do. If you have more tasks ("events") to execute and are...

Re: Service events

1. Meteobridge allows you to define a maximum of 20 service events. How much load this is on the hardware and if the hardware can cope will depend on many factors: e.g. if all events are executed +/- at the same time, what the event does in terms of I/O activity .... etc. So no general answer can be...

Re: Weather34 historic data

that position #9 has been repurposed from what I have understood, but for the years 2019/2020 it's still ok. Anyhow - it's afaik not used in the past year charts - no nothing to worry about I'd say. Of course, for the W34 date, you will have to change/modify the script date definition 8) you get thi...

Re: [th0temp-delta24h: -]

as it appears that you want to have data displayed which is shown in the weather34 template, you should look up the w34 API definition - there you find all your sensors and selectors: https://weather34.com/homeweatherstation/weather34-api.html como parece que quieres que se muestren los datos que se...
