Re:Uploading Wind Gust and Rain to Weather Underground
Thanks so much for your reply--I've had my Meteohub for quite some time. I previously used it with an Oregon Scientific WMR-968, but about 2 months ago, I replaced the OS station with the Davis Vantage Pro 2. I set up the new Davis station and deleted the OS station. I do see listings for "High ...

Uploading Wind Gust and Rain to Weather Underground
Hi all,
Is there a special trick to uploading wind gust and rain data to Weather Underground? I can't figure out a way to associate wind0 with a "wind gust".
Currently, wind0 is associated with wind, and rain0 is associated with rain. However, when I look at my precipitation totals on Weather ...

Re:Wind data not uploading to Weather Underground
Oops--looks like I just figured out the answer to my own question. For some reason the wind0 sensor wasn't selected on the weather networks page. I selected it and all seems well now. Sorry for any inconvenience...

Wind data not uploading to Weather Underground
I finally sprung for the Vantage Pro 2 and data logger, but now seem to be having trouble with the wind data being uploaded to Weather Underground.

Re:6510 or 6520 DataLogger
Thanks so much for the information! I was about to go for the Vantage Pro 2, but then I saw the Vantage Vue, which looked equally tempting and a bit less money. From what I gathet, the VP2 and Vue use the same data logger and it sounds like the Vue is compatible with the NSLU2.

6510 or 6520 DataLogger
Like a previous poster, I am interested in replacing my Oregon Scientific WMR 968 with the Davis Wireless VantagePro 2 (6152) and would like to connect it to my NSLU2. I have a new iMac running Snow Leopard. Does it make a difference whether I get the DataLogger 6510 (for Windows) or the 6520 (for ...
