In looking at the templates that came preloaded on a new MB PRO2 purchased in December 2025, it appears that they are using variables with somewhat different syntaxes than the selectors listed in the Meteobridge Wiki Templates page at https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index.php?title=Templates.

How to add a current timestamp in text of a template?
I'm trying to make a modification to the NOAA-monthly-imp template that came preloaded with a new PRO2. I want to add a line into the export file text that will insert the date and time that the export event takes place. Ideally, the line in the template would produce text in this format:

Thank you wvdkuil,
I saw your and Gyvate's replies in the parallel thread I started in wxforum. I'll consider this thread closed and carry on with any further issues in wxforum.

Customized: Enable
Protocol Type Same As: Ecowitt
Server IP / Hostname: 192.168.x.xxx/public ...

I didn't note what the Monitor>Live Data tab was showing. The station and MB are at a another location than I am currently. I'll check the Live Data tab next trip out there, which should be within three days.

Ecowitt Custom Upload and HP2550C Console - no data moving
I'm working on a new installation of a MB PRO2 and an Ecowitt station with a HP2550C console. Both devices are connected to the home network over WiFi with static IPs.
I've configured the console through the WS View Plus app on my phone for Customized connection to the PRO2 at http ...
