I was connecting to it fine over wifi (to see the FW1.4 boot screen) - therefore wifi was working.
I gave up and plugged it into the LAN directly, working now. I have a copy of my config in case there's an issue.

It went down after a power outage on July 5 and hasn't come back since.
It is on my network and getting an IP address. When I connect to it I get the usual landing/loading page and no web UI:
