Re: Mini Google Android 4.0 TV Box Allwinner A10 Compatibili
That appears to be an MK802 variant which has not seen a lot of success with Meteohub. Most likely you will have to manually install the 8188eu driver and there may well be other tweaks to the system.bin file needed to get it to boot and display properly, take a look here to get an idea of what you ...

Re: Can't get mhminix-v4.9q-v3.img to work with Mini X Plus
OK, and the referenced thread concerned cabling mostly, so as it displays fine in Android we can assume the cabling is correct. The best thing to do would to be to see if you can determine exactly what mode is working in Android and then see if there is a match with the following options available ...

well great, this is progress anyhow. Please try the attached which is compiled with 1080p60 AV out

Re: Can't get mhminix-v4.9q-v3.img to work with Mini X Plus
I am not sure about the LED, although I have seen blue on the Mele which does flash red when running a Nand update so maybe the color is indicating load from Nand vs SD card. Anyhow, you did hit on the issue that you are using AV out, this along with all of the other hardware parameters are defined ...

Re: A10 Networking fixes - 8188eu driver
Attached is a working driver for the 8188eu card found on several MK802 varieties and now showing up in some usb chips too.
Copy the attached driver into /lib/modules/3.0.39-sun4i+/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/rtl8188eu/ (this directory does not exist by default) ie: /lib/modules/3.0.39-sun4i ...

A10 Networking fixes - 8188eu driver
If you have found issues with your wireless rtl819x card disconnecting from the network randomly, it is likely because of sleep function, here is the fix.
you will see something like this over and over in dmesg:

Further confirmation of the system.bin file being the one thing that has to change for different platforms. This is now tested and verified with a Cubieboard.. Cubie will not work at all with the stock file, but simply replacing the one file with the correct version from linux-sunxi and it works ...

Hello, I will try to post some more specific suggestions later but here is a great resouce in the meantime.. You are on the right track, what you need is a working boot environment for your hardware and then the rest of Meteohub should boot fine as the Root FS.

Re: "No Internet Access"
Try Maintenance and Check for update, then Install. That will buy you a bunch of time.
Curious which MiniX Plus you have as there are at least a couple who can not get theirs to work. Perhaps you could let us know the specs and where you got that one? Thanks!

Digging around the Miniand forums some more it looks like it could be a bootloader issue. There is a post here where different bootloaders are used for hardware platforms.. who knows this may even work for Meteohub which is also based on Debian.

Is that the one that has both HDMI and AV connector? you may want to try both to see if video signal is coming out other port than where you expect.
