With help from one of the guys over on the Weather Display forum I finally managed to solve this. For future reference:
If you use an ftp password with special characters in it (* @ ) the 'Save and Test' function within Meteohub will successfully log on and upload the test file to the server ...

Re: Meteohub no longer uploading Clientraw file
Manually updated the software (was V4.9w) to latest version - still no upload. I am not getting any FTP failure emails either so it looks like Meteohub thinks the files are being sent correctly, but they are not on the web server.

Meteohub no longer uploading Clientraw file
My plug has been working without problem for several years but a few days ago it stopped sending clientraw.txt files to my server.
I have checked it can connect and successfully ftp uploads the test file to the correct WDL directory. The local WDL console works and shows the latest data as does the ...

Re: Live Data Prototype
How do I get WDL updates every minute? As far as I can see there are only options for 10 minutes +. I have wunderground set up for 60 seconds (or less) and that works fine. As far as WDL is concerned the Meteo support is almost perfect and I could not ask for more other than rapid updates. People ...

Re: Live Data Prototype
Will you be implementing this for WDL as well? At the moment we are stuck with 10 minute updates which is a considerable step down from the 10 second updates I used to see when running WD on a PC. I admit the Sheevaplug has is a much lower running cost but is there any reason you restrict the ...

Re: Update 4.6r
Rain Offset bug?
Yes. I want to get Meteohub to show the rainfall so far this year (about 20 inches here). I put it in as an offset but it is not calculated in the WD-Live display - still only shows rainfall for the last two months. I added a barometer pressure offset and that works OK so I ...

Re: WDL forecast
Having just upgraded to the latest f/w the forecast has appeared:
048 Icon Type Z 19 (Partly Cloudy)
049 Weather Desc L Increasing clouds with little temperature change.
However the current conditions and forecast are showing the same message!

Re: WDL forecast
Thanks - I will run the Clientdraw parser on the Metohub output. Currently I am connected to Weather Display which shows the following:
049 Weather Desc L Night time/Moderate drizzle
Once the "moderate drizzle" stops I will reconnect Meteohub and see what that says.

Re: WDL forecast
Already set to <0>. The forecast is there when I feed WDL from WD. Wonder whether Meteohub ignores the Davis Forecast?

WDL forecast
Although Meteohub updates WDL it shows the forecast as 'undefined'

Is there a setting that will allow the Davis VP forecast to be forwarded? It used to work when I uploaded data via Weather Display.

Re: Setting initial values and other questions
I am still unable to get Meteohub to accept the rainfall year to date. I have tried setting it as an offset - 457mm but it is still not showing in WDL:
