Re: Sheevaplug not responding
Ok, for some reason, after trying for an hour I am suddenly able to communicate with it at 192.168.1.77. But I can only get to the Maintenance page and it tells me Demo version has timed out. Did my license get destroyed because I loaded Backup Settings from a different unit?

Sheevaplug not responding
I had 4 Shevaplugs (WeatherHub2), purchased a few months ago, and I just bought another brand new one. I was able to ping it and access its web pages.
On one of my original units I had saved a backup file of all settings (Maintenance tab, Backup Settings). On my new unit I loaded the backup ...

Re: Meteohub questions
3) So when I create a graph and the window pops up with the graph, is that window also saved as a file somewhere as a png that I can ftp? What directoy is it saved in? I made some graphs and then looked in the /graphs directory but I didn't see the graphs saved anywhere...

Re: Setting UTC time takes no effect
I changed the time zone to "US/Pacific" and it works correctly now. Choosing "Pacific" does not work, seems to be an invalid selection.

Meteohub questions
I have read through the v4.7 manual and I still have a few questions about operating Meteohub (on Sheevaplug).
1.
What is the purpose of the "Recompute" button on the Maintenance page? The manual only says

Re: Setting UTC time takes no effect
On all of my Meteohub Sheevaplug units, UTC is always equal to Local time. How can I fix this??

Re: Meteohub shows data when system was powered down
I can plot the data from the Meteohub web page (using points, not lines) and there is no data when the Meteohub was powered off. So that means there is no data in the raw data files. However when I *export* data to WSWIN or WD data, Meteohub is filling in the empty time with invalid data. I need to ...

Re: Meteohub shows data when system was powered down
I understand what you're saying but that's not the case here. I made that plot with Excel and it is an X-Y Scatter chart, which can plot discontinuous data.
The invalid data is in the log file! Below is a snippet of the data:
11 8 2011 21 0 22.1 50 11.2 984.1 0 0 0 0 -999 -999 -999

Re: Meteohub shows data when system was powered down
I attached a plot to show the problem. The plot shows 16 days of barometric pressure. The Meteohub was powered down for 4.5 days. See the flat part? That's when Meteohub was powered down yet when I do a data export the log file shows 984.1mbar during that time period. I would rather there be no data ...

Re: Meteohub shows data when system was powered down
The data that shows up when the Meteohub was powered down is invalid data. Its the same data repeated over and over, if I plot it its a flat line.
Also, on page 139 of the Meteohub v4.7 manual, it says this about the VantagePro2:
"Data logged in the Vantage is not used by Meteohub. Meteohub logs ...

Meteohub shows data when system was powered down
I am using a VantagePro2 with a WeatherHub2 (Sheevaplug+Meteoplug). I am doing testing on a system and I turned off the power for a few days. I turned the power back on and a few days later plotted data. I noticed that instead of a data gap, there is data on the graph during the period when the ...

Sheevaplug & web interface username
Hello,
I noticed on the Meteohub user manual (v4.6) on page 4 it says about Sheevaplug: "This is still experimental with Meteohub".
When will Meteohub be out of the "experimental" stage and be in "production" stage onSheevaplug? (I wish I had known this info before I bought the units!)
