I put my weatherdata on APRS since 2011. It works fine, but in the last time I get very often errors

Meteohub (meteohub): Cannot connect to Weather Network "APRS - timeout"

My internet connection is up, I see my data on the http://aprs.fi/weather/a/...., but the log is full with timeout ...

It works.
I used my amateur radio callsign and added "-3" in the ID-field and
euro.aprs2.net:14580#UI-validation code (5 digits) as server

I can't see my Data on aprs.fi
My configuration is:
ID: <My APRS Server Validation Number, 5 digits>
Server: austria.aprs2.net:14580#-1

Is there any log to see what's going out to aprs.net?

please help
