I have bought the liecence key but i have not had any email come through yet i have checked spam but nothing has come through yet. How long should it take..?

Hey this is a follow on form the post HUWHUW put up last week. I am working with him i bought all the gear Vue station and dream plug with Meteohub installed on the SD card. We are now being asked for a license no. but i cant find one anywhere. Should i have gotten one with the Station or the SD ...
