Thanks for the suggestion - however I think FTP is working (the test file arrives fine) but not actually being called by the cron job. I'll have to dig further.

Sorry for the delay in replying - real life and work got in the way!

Back looking at this and I'm still stumped.

I've updated to 4.9e, which made no difference.

We're also with Plusnet for ISP, but the destination of the FTP is not on Plusnet.

The interesting thing is that the test FTP ...

I can see the files being created in 'uploads' on the MeteoHub - it just seems that they're not bein FTP'd up to my website.

The test FTP file gets up there, so my connection looks OK. Looks like the FTP isn't taking place - i.e. MeteoHub is not actually trying to FTP the files.

Any ideas?

I've got my MeteoHub working nicely with my new iConnect, but am having problems with the FTP WD Live and graph uploads.

I've got ftp set up with username/password, and the test file is appearing on the FTP destination - so the credentials etc. must be OK.

When I save the 'Graph Uploads ...
