Marking this as solved — turned out to be my own mistake, not Meteobridge. After fixing my setup everything has been verified and has been running flawlessly since. Thanks to everyone who took the time to read!
If anyone is curious what all the tinkering was for:

Re: Large template uploads: output cut off at ~270 KB, and nightly segfaults since build 4287
Correction:
Not a build regression — my mistake in the analysis. The crashes are triggered by my own uploads: large JSON files (150–185 KB) full of nested square brackets, which the template engine apparently tries to parse as variables. Same crashes on 4267, 4287, 4297 and 6.3 once those files ...

Large template uploads: output cut off at ~270 KB, and nightly segfaults since build 4287 **solved**
Hi,
I stumbled over something while uploading files with the "template:filename" mechanism and thought I'd mention it, in case it's
useful to you. No urgency — I found a way around it.
Setup: Meteobridge 6.4 on a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.1 (originally build 4267, now on 4297 via auto-update ...

Missing old Data in Meteoplug
Hi
I'm missing data from Meteoplug. I'm pretty sure that I had data from 2012 onwards. But the earliest data I can get from meteoplug are from the October 2017? I don't often visit meteoplug, most time for fixing Data on my meteobridge, via import. So i'm a bit surprised, or did I miss something ...

Re: Child process termination signal
Hi,
Question is it possible to set an e-mail Alarm for this Message? (this message is not form your new Version 5.0) I'm just asking!

At least, I could send the external link of the MB to me, then login and do a manuall restart. That would shorten the time of data loss ...

Hi Warb
Thanks for sharing the information, I appreciate that.
Port587 solved the problem also on my site, so far so good. But I read that my ISP will drop the the Port:587 soon. So I think it's a question of time, at least for me. ;)
I'm not shure why Port: 465 should not work in the MB, maybe it ...

Re: Email setup
Where do you see the error message? I don't even get an error, it just processes for a while and then acts like everything happened perfectly but no email is received........
Hi Warb,
On top by the tab: "service settings" after hitting the "Test Email" button .

Re: live wind with amcharts in HTML Template.
Hi Forum
So the solution for my question was as follow:
1.
create a template ending with: ".txt", with a JSON structure. Then store it in the "template" folder of the meteobridge. In my case the variables are actual wind and daily max gust, see code!
{
"wind": [{
"windact": "[wind0wind-act=kmh ...
