Re: Add [sun0total-daysum.2:0.0] to realtime.txt at pos 56?

I am not making any progress - I still can't find a way to make MB translate the rain sensor to the sun duration on the standard MB. I have Instromet sensor plugged into the rain sensor connection on the ISS, but MB still thinks it is rain. I can't see any way to tell MB that this sensor is now suns...

Re: Add [sun0total-daysum.2:0.0] to realtime.txt at pos 56?

Thanks for the quick response Gerhard. That is helpful. I was thinking I might be able to do this with a standard MB but it looks like you're using features from PRO, so unless there is a back-door way to modify the standard MB config to make the rain sensor appear as a sunshine sensor, I might need...

Re: Add [sun0total-daysum.2:0.0] to realtime.txt at pos 56?

I have just bought an Instromet Sunshine sensor - I am trying to figure out how to configure MB to translate the rain signal to sunshine duration. I see @fotogw has had some success. Can you give me some pointers?

License key for sale

I have changed over to MeteoBridge and don't need my MeteoHub license anymore. Transferring the license is straightforward - you would generate your own activation code using using the transfer tool ( http://wiki.meteohub.de/Transfer ) from my System ID and Activation Code. It is for a x86/SheevaPlu...

Spare Meteohub License for sale - $50

I recently changed over to MeteoBridge and don't need my MeteoHub license anymore, so I am selling it for $50 obo. The buyer would need to transfer my current activation to their device using the transfer tool. (http://wiki.meteohub.de/Transfer) If you are interested, private message me to arrange a...

Not downloading application stack **solved**

I am trying MeteoBridge for the first time on a WL-330N3G. Flashed firmware okay and got into MeteoBridge application first time. Now after restart, the application stack does not download and I just get the landing page and the fast flashing LED. I have checked the network settings and the device i...

Meteohub on Mini X starting crashing

I have been running Meteohub on a Mini X since January but recently, it has started crashing every few days. I cannot access it at all and it has to be powered off and on again. I can't see anything in the log files to indicate an error. The Mini X is getting warm but no hotter now that it did when ...

Demo version expired early

I have had my Mini X Plus only a couple of days and only downloaded the Meteohub image a couple of days before that, but it is saying that the demo has expired. I can't find much info on the Meteohub website about the demo other than it seems to be good for 30 days. Clearly mine hasn't lasted that l...

Re: "No Internet Access"

I managed to stop the eth0 starting each time at boot by adding ifconfig eth0 down in /etc/rc.local

But I'm still stuck on the expired demo version.

Re: "No Internet Access"

Now my demo version has expired. I have only been using it for a few days, I thought it was supposed to last a month!

Is it possible to get the demo extended - I want to be sure I can get this working before buying Meteohub and so far I am not having much success... :-(

Re: "No Internet Access"

I found out that if I take down the LAN connection, then it all works until I reboot when it all goes back again. How can I stop eth0 from starting automatically at boot?

"No Internet Access"

I am having difficulty connecting to my new Mini X Plus. It is connecting to wireless router and getting an IP address. My router shows that it has successfully connected and been assigned an IP address. Meteohub is also showing that it has been assigned a WLAN IP address, gateway and DNS server. It...

Re: Mini X - a new member in the family

The chipset seems to slightly different - You have 0bda:8176 - I have 0bda:817 9 - both Realtek Looking around it seems that mine is RTL8188EU , which I'm guessing is a European version of the RTL8188CUS (Canada/US?) which is in yours. How feasible is it to install additional drivers? I'm guessing t...
