Re: Reboot = Year Rain goes to zero

I think you should use [rain0total-yearsum.0:0], with [rain0total-yearsum:0] if there is no valid data meteobridge will show 0. Because of your tag and replacement. Using .0:0 will make your replacement when there is no valid data 0 .0 means using no tenths so the value is rounded to for example 10...

Re: Reboot = Year Rain goes to zero

Update: We had a lot of rain this night (14mm) so I decided to reboot the MB. Now all that rain is gone in the Historical Data so there is a issue with the historical rain-data. Rain-total for "Year", "Month" and "All" is now 1.6mm and "Today" and "Yesterday" is 0mm (And we had rain both days). Rega...

Hi, thanks for your reply.

No issue with the others sensors. But this is strange: I just rebooted and now it remembers the rain-total, did you do anything ? :)

Meteobridge and console readings are exact the same.

Hope it stays this way.
What happens if you reboot your meteobridge? Will it keep the rain-total?

Re: Reboot = Year Rain goes to zero

"fixes a rain sensor issue occurring on some for Davis stations"

Is this related to my issue? :)

EDIT: No, same situation.

Reboot = Year Rain goes to zero **solved**

Hello

Just rebooted my Meteobridge with Meteostick connected and now Year Rain is zero.

I'm using this for inserting data into MySQL: [rain0total-yearsum:0]

"Rain Total" on the Live Data page also shows zero all over.

I'm booting from a attached USB stick (Try USB first).

Kind Regards

Re: Wifi keeps dropping, Powerline an option?

Hello

Never tried powerline with the Meteobridge but using powerline with other equipment and that is working very fine so I guess it should work.

Sometimes the power-outlets need so be on the same phase.

Re: UV last updated 40minutes ago

I have rebooted the Meteobridge and UV data is coming in again but I guess I will see this issue again soon. The sensor db (all of them) is 90db, I guess that is to the high side? Updated: Now picking up the retransmit from the Davis Console, working fine. Guess the issue was related to poor signal ...

UV last updated 40minutes ago **solved**

Hello

My UV is last updated 40 minutes ago and the other sensors updates every 5 seconds (wind).

Uv db is the same as for other sensors. Uv is updated on the Davis Console.

Using Meteostick and I have seen this a few times now.

Re: 3rd party meteostick driver

Hello all, I have made progress with our meteostick driver for weewx. Most data is now read from the raw data of the meteostick with the same or even higher resolution than the vantage driver data. See the page on my web site where the data of the vantage driver is shown next to that of the meteost...

Re: Every full 5 minutes, XX:00 missing?

Congrats, this is very good analysis of the problem! When using variables you should always give a default value (indicated by ":"). Which default fits best depends on your application. Hi, thanks for your reply. It makes sense that the hoursum will make a error when running at XX:00. Been using th...

Re: Every full 5 minutes, XX:00 missing?

I just looked at "Live data" and noticed this error I have seen a few time now: 2016-05-02 23:00:01 Error: MYSQL query 'INSERT INTO weatherdata (ID, Time, Sun, Temp, Hum, Uv, Press, Windspeed, Windgust, Winddir, Windchill, Rain_hour, Rain_day, Rain_year, Dewpoint, Evaporation_hour, Evaporation_day, ...

Every full 5 minutes, XX:00 missing? **solved**

Hello

Testing the Meteobridge with the MySQL-service and I have chosen "Every full 5 minutes" and this is what I see in my database:

10:30
10:35
10:40
10:45
10:50
10:55
11:05
11:10

So 11:00 is missing?

Kind Regards
