Re: Calibrating rain at the Vue Console or MB Nano

Tips: - Find out if you have the mm type collector or the inches type collector. I'm not talking about what units you want to use. I'm referring to the fact that the Vue can come installed with the US inches version or the Metric version. Rain gauge 7345.280 US inches version Rain gauge 7345.319 Met...

Re: Can't land Meteobridge webinterface

From looking at your black screen boot up Landing Page I see the following: RESOLV.CONF: search lan nameserver 127.0.0.1 NSLOOKUP: Server: 127.0.0.1 That to me looks like a problem because the Meteobridge did not find your DNS server on your network. It pulled an IP address of 192.168.3.111 but no D...

Re: Meteobridge suspicious IP

The Meteobridge has some location identification smarts. This is not something suspicious nor something to worry about, but it is just something that is part of the code and by design. It is likely used to proper time sync.

Re: Meteobridge suspicious IP

That IP address is used for a whole lot more than just serverminer.com: These still share the same IP address....which indicate that this IP address is being used as a shared hosted IP address. There are also other domains that use this IP address (I didn't include those...like 30 others). The IP tr...

Re: Pro Red Backup not working

For weather data backup to PC I recommend setting up a mySQL database or compatible database like MariaDB. Then the Meteobridge can send the data over the network to your PC. But the PC will need to be running 24/7. For this reason the PC should be something like a Raspberry Pi or a NAS or some othe...

Re: V4 AWEKAS upload format

I see a API key in my account at AWEKAS but no where to place it in the settings for AWEKAS on the Meteobridge. That API key you see in your AWEKAS account settings site is only for downloading data from AWEKAS. https://www.awekas.at/for2/index.php?thread/17080-software-api-stations-api-beschreibun...

Are you using a Fastlink key?
Fastlink doesn't exist anymore. They've done away with that feature in API V4.

Re: V4 AWEKAS upload format

I agree that this should be something that needs to be fixed in the AWEKAS upload. The new AWEKAS V4 API has the following sending interval specifications: 15 seconds minimal - AWEKAS Stationsweb subscription accounts 60 seconds minimal - AWEKAS Plus (a free option if the user agrees to terms for da...

Re: WL Cloud not in weather net list

It is not showing up on my MB either. I do remember seeing it. Perhaps something changed and now it doesn't show up unless you have a compatible Davis logger connected....which I don't have. What I'm saying is that before even without a Davis logger the option was available....although it was imposs...

Re: Remote reboot URL

Here you go, this should do it:

Script Execution - One-Time Alarm
Select Predefined Script -> Reboot
Raise: [hh] == 08 && [mm] == 00 && [uv0index-act] < 1
Clear: [hh] >= 08 && [mm] > 05
Script URL: http://templates.meteobridge.com/reboot.sh

Re: Remote reboot URL

Now that we understand what and why you are trying to accomplish I think maybe we can construct an alternative solution. I have two ideas. My first dea is to use home automation smart power outlet plug. Then reboot is as simple as programing smart outlet plug to power cycle the power to the Meteobri...

Re: AWEKAS: Error: failed: Operation timed out. (no more tries)

Yes MB now working for me too. Interesting that different software may be using using different destination servers. No idea where MB uploads to for AWEKAS but the following are the uploads destinations for these software: GW1000 - ws.awekas.at/weatherstation/updateweatherstation.php (manually confi...

Re: AWEKAS: Error: failed: Operation timed out. (no more tries)

Just finished testing with Weather-Display....doesn't work.

I'm not going to bother testing WeeWX. It looks like the problem is at AWEKAS based on this testing. Strange that my GW1000 will upload though.
