Update 4.9y

Post by admin » Sat Mar 29, 2014 9:25 pm

Update to Meteohub V4.9y (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug, iConnect, DC01) brings these features:
  • fixes a bug when sending mails with SSL based protocols on x86 Meteohubs (segfault of sendmail)
  • adds Meteostick as a new weather station. Meteostick comes in the shape of a USB stick and can read RF signals from up to eight Davis weather stations. By that it is not blocking the Davis datalogger in the console and you can run Meteohub without interfering with your traditional Davis PC connectivity. More details about this new Davis connectivity option can be found at http://www.smartbedded.com/meteostick
  • fixes a bug in automated update process introduced with 4.9w and 4.9x
When you are running 4.9w or 4.9x you have to go through the manual update process this time.
Please find more details here: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=9704

Hi, with this update i Meteohub can´t send Emails anymore.

With TLS is coming this Problem:

Code: Select all

Mail send failed: Invalid peer certificate (error 18)#0 (null)#******@*******.com: 0 (null)
Without TLS:

Code: Select all

Mail send failed: 0 (null)#******@*******.com: 554 #******@*******.com#: Relay access denied #
I downgraded to Version 4.9w but the Problem remains.

Please help me.

Dodo

Platform is the Virtual System x86 on VirtualBox.
With my iPhone it works with TLS and Port 587 or without TLS with Port 25.

On my Meteohub i have use without TLS (Port 25) for 2 Years without a problem.
But now it don´t work anymore.

Thank you

could you please browse to "ip-of-your-meteohub/cgi-bin/help.cgi"?
This might allow me to login and check what the problem is.
