Multiple restarts services in MB PRO in Meteoplug server falldown

Post by agallardo1980 » Wed Mar 06, 2019 11:07 pm

Hi,

This past night, the MeteoPlug server was falldown (CONNECTION TIMED OUT) from 1:15-7:20

Code: Select all

2019-03-06 08:09:52 Success: 2019-03-06 08:09:50
2019-03-06 07:20:12 Error: 2019-03-06 07:19:44 (no more tries)
2019-03-06 07:10:10 Error: 2019-03-06 07:09:42 Read error (Connection timed out) in headers. (no more tries)
...
2019-03-06 01:46:54 Error: 2019-03-06 01:46:29 (no more tries)
2019-03-06 01:36:56 Error: 2019-03-06 01:36:28 (no more tries)
2019-03-06 01:26:53 Error: 2019-03-06 01:26:26 (no more tries)
2019-03-06 01:16:52 Error: 2019-03-06 01:16:25 (no more tries)
2019-03-06 01:06:27 Success: 2019-03-06 01:06:25
The problem was that this affected to stability of Meteobridge PRO. There was several automatic service restarts and I lost several tips from rain gauge (exactly 3 tips, 0,6mm). Below this message, I attach the log and images about rain total in Console, WL.com and MB_PRO.

Please Boris: is any form to fix this so Meteoplug server issues does not affect to Meteobridge PRO? I think it is very important because it affects to the quality of weather station data.

Other question: I lost one hour of data in Meoteoplug (5:00-6:45). Is it possible export data from MB to import in MeteoPlug?

I await your response. Thank you very much.

I will have a look if the meteoplug server outage does really block anything of the MB PRO. It should not of course.

There is no automated import of Meteobridge data to Meteoplug. Meteoplug import format is defined and documented, so you can setup a few rain records manually and import that.
