No data upload to weather networks (problem solved)

I have a RPI to run together with my weather station Ventus W928 (Hideki DV928) and was happy that I discovered that meteohub is able to push mail to "Borgervejr" DMI in denmark and also sent to Weather Underground. But it is not coming any thing on these home pages. When I look in the alarm log the message:

" No data upload to weather networks as sensor selected on weather network page for outdoor temp, outdoor humidity or outdoor dewpoint is not providing recent data."

In the System log it stands:

"wswincut (05.09.2016 18:17:02): Error file open /data/export/EXP01_00.csv: No such file or directory
wdcut (05.09.2016 18:17:02): Error file open /data/export/wd_export.csv: No such file or directory" .

And in Meteohub log:

" logger (05.09.2016 18:15:46): connect station 0 (TE-923 via USB HID).
logger (05.09.2016 18:15:46): station 0 (TE-923), hardware version 0."

Everything looks fine in Dashboard and graph temperature and everything is coming in. But on almost every page it stands :Warning: In order to report data to a weather network it is necessary to select sensors on "Weather Networks" page.
But I have set up the sensors.

I hope any one have an idea what is wrong. And it´s not a trail version, I have buyed the licens.

PS: It´s working with Weather Display to upload to " Borgervejr" and weather underground.

1. Correct account data?
2. Do you have a router with a firewall, show in the settings of the router for blocking upload of new hardware.

Account´s is correct is function in weather display on my pc.Mmeteohub sends a mail have tried to sent it to myself but it´s emty.Like decribed i the alarm log.
