Vantage Pro console not responding

Vantage Pro and MB Nano has been working fine but suddenly stopped being able to see data on PWS etc. Console showing information as normal and Admin page shows uptime so is ‘seeing’ the device but reports console not responding. Any help from you experts will be appreciated.
