Got there in the end was on the cards for a few months ..

so things again evolved so with that a big thank you to all who highlighted various small issues , it all helps and it is so nice to have a constructive crowd to develop with and it is all very much appreciated it's like having an extra pair of eyes . remember I just make it look pretty

So please run this latest update it contains some fixes raised but there is one significant area but its not a part of the visual ,this needs to be made available for future release without it you won't be able to upgrade if you wish to use the future paid version .

edit..sorry forgot too add reference the metar api, i havent spoken to them for a few years not even sure the same guy I originally spoke too years ago is a part of it ,so wait till monday see if it reappears if not ill remove it as an option.shame its been reasonably a good service for a few years without much downtime apart from an occasional day but its a service that has been reliable.


screenshot showing rain rate , if rain rate greater than zero then phrase and umbrella will display , if no rain rate nothing is shown and reverts to normal display .

no problem graham if its working again then no need to remove. sometimes API services have downtimes then miraculously reappear all a part of using API services not much we can do apart from wait.its why i never lose any sleep over API services .have a good weekend..

Please all as we are nearing the 1st September I have done my upmost best to compile recent updates with all outstanding ideas, fixes,improvements
since beginning of the year.I hope this now brings you a full featured template with many options that cater for your personal weather station data via Meteobridge .

Ideas that were rejected basically non personal weather station related mostly these were scrapes from third party sites i.e radar and other scraping methods . So if your idea was never implemented that was the general reason. If you want radars or third party website data simply bookmark them in your browser and visit them as most of them rely on advertising generated income to maintain upkeep , scraping there data is not an ethical way todo things unless its an agreement.

As of SEPTEMBER 1st update file will only contain FIXES . the current update dated 29th August will remain available until end of September for those requiring to catch up with updates as this updates contains all features, fixes etc added since March 2021 hence its 1.66mb file.

Sometime in September hopefully you will see a first release of paid version Im keeping the newer features a complete surprise , remember there is absolutely no need to use paid version if those features are not of use to you or the cost unjustifiable .This version will continue to work as it does today so don't feel the need to use the paid version , I really ask that you think about it and justify it ,in short I am not forcing anyone or recommend to upgrade it is simply your choice.

Hi Brian,

Noticed the problem in standard size charts while trying to look at detailed data. Scrolling back stops working typically at what you see in my screen for all charts sometime it occurs scrolling forward on some charts.

Ron, I can confirm that.
In the zoom view, however, the scrolling then works.

Unfortunately a second bug:
Starting from the normal view:
In the zoom view Humidity of the month only lowest values are displayed, which are obviously wrong.

Starting from Alternative View:
On some times no data is displayed in the zoom view Humidity of Month, elsewhere the same bug described above as from normal view.

Another thing I noticed about this scroll issue. It works fine on the Tablet (iPad). Seems to be associated with the desktop browsers.

Another interesting find. The scroll also works fine (Chrome) on my Windows based touchscreen monitor.

Hi, Brian!
I noticed that when pressing Extra Data in the "atmospheric pressure" module, there is no "Zoom" button on the history for the day, month and year. Although in the Daily Charts, the "Zoom" button is where it should be.
