I noticed that when pressing Extra Data in the "atmospheric pressure" module, there is no "Zoom" button on the history for the day, month and year. Although in the Daily Charts, the "Zoom" button is where it should be.
good morning Alex , sorry me as usual forgetting mmHg just download the update and run it again

Here's another thought that came to my mind: when I click the Extra Data button on one of the modules, for example, I want to see an enlarged version of the history charts by pressing the zoom button. But closing this window, the previous one also disappears (where the day, month, year). You can do this by analogy with the page consolecharts.php? That is, closing the enlarged version, there was a window with the day, month and year?

Hi Alex yes it is available/coming in future paid version as the chart library is far easier to compile this feature ,also you will be able to scroll between charts as opposed to click for example scroll between day, month, year for temperature data . but sorry not in this version the CanvasJs library is very complex todo the simplest of visual or UX ideas :-( ..

I will sometime in SEPTEMBER have a full working demo of newer features until then Im not showing anything to protect the ideas, once again weather34 will be an original idea in terms of design,features for a weather station template.. so hang in there it will be a simple $5 download also valid for updates for 1 year from the day you sign up.after 1 year thereafter it will be a $3 payment to continue to receive updates , if not renewed on the renewable date your account will be automatically disabled . It is my nephew who has compiled a really easy manageable CMS once again im just making it pretty and making sure all the legal stuff is not breached and fully understood and ultimately make it a worthwhile project in terms of usability .

So hang in there :-) the future looks bright if I can pull it off :-) .

Hello have you modified the settings to use light ??? I can not reproduce this as all charts default fixed dark background and highlighted in setup screen.

only way I can see it using a light background is if the dark setting is overridden .

We will see if its feasible and manageable .

For reference you will see 4 files just pushed to GITHUB if using weather flow lightning in the ALT/OS theme a lightning module appears in mobile view with notifications if strike with in last 10 mins .fortunate to have a distant storm across the sea today so inspired this idea ..as per screenshot

Brian,
Will you be looking for Beta testers prior to a full release? I'm sure there are a few on here who would be willing to help. Myself included.

Hello Jason , if you have GITHUB (account) there will be a private repo to participate to test out not a public one .Ill update further on this when nearer a release point .

I have just updated the download and dated it 1st September , the reason as there will be no electric from 11:30pm tonight for 24 hours to 48 hours due to a major maintenance so likelihood internet will disappear with it .

I implemented Alex idea when accessing large chart view via extra info screens only .simply reverts back to info screen you accessed the chart when clicked .screenshots below

Download Update 1st September 2021
* (00:00) *** Significant Chart Update ***
* (00:00) *** Adds previous screen icon when in large view when accessing via extra info ***
* (00:00) *** Chart idea based on suggestion by Alex . ***

I see 2 updates announced for August the 30th. I see no announcement for an update today the 31st. It is (or was) there to download. I installed it. What difference is there with the update September 1st? Not terribly important but then I stay informed and aware of the differences.
Thanks,
Bart

Good Morning Bart

fortunately electric downtime was only 11 hours , that said I was able to keep weather station template data updating via a 3g dongle its been a while since I used that but its a useful add on and ultimately having a beefy desktop computer UPS 1500VA is a must for these scenarios of loss of power(electric).

highly recommend every weather enthusiast who is serious about there data buy a UPS you may not need it for months , years but the day will come the worthwhile investment will pay off(but don't tell your family it charges their phones) 1500va I have is good for 48 hours (used for 47 hours a couple a years ago) of just powering Davis console and a dedicated internet router .I bought the 1500va in 2017 for around $50 no idea what todays prices is..

So Bart these updates your seeing are all chart related based on an idea by Alex , this morning I have gone a step further and introduced a previous month chart view see below .Also if you missed it when using extra info screens the charts viewable are available to be enlarged .

So there we are probably the most advanced template out there at present with lots of features , modern clean design and ultimately hopefully a joy to use alongside your Meteobridge devices .So the a lot of data views is there and I will add on previous year chart option for enlarge charts but that just needs to bet setup and use the setup option for previous years chart set to YES obviously if set NO the chart icon option view won't appear .

Download Update 1st September 2021
* (10:15) *** Very Significant Chart Update ***
* (10:15) *** Adds previous month chart icon when in large view when accessing via extra info ***
* (10:15) *** Adds previous screen icon when in large view when accessing via extra info ***
* (10:15) *** Chart ideas based on suggestion by Alex . ***

(September data simulated) screenshots of previous month access via info screens .

This is really very nice Brian. It's great that you manage to process so many wishes in this template. And it remains an intuitive working whole. Precisely because it is such a clean design. No unnecessary fuss, very clear and convenient to use. I was already impressed but it just keeps getting better. Thanks!

By the way, I have looked at such a UPS before, but I was wondering how you should deal with it. My equipment is (of course) in different places in the house. Waiting for a power cut. So where should I connect that UPS? Fortunately, power outages don't happen very often here, at least not for hours. Or do you use it as some sort of huge power bank? :idea:
