Yes, weather34-chart-end-of-day.php
works fine, I have activated in .htaccess
error_log.txt for my control and it gives that error ?

you will see an update giving you a large view of todays Luftdaten chart view in update .I simply grabbed your data earlier and compiled it around that.
when time permits I will compile a end of day for Luftdaten to create a month, year chart view.

Download Update 5th September 2021
* (10:19) *** Adds today Luftdaten large chart view ***
* (08:28) *** Adds more chart options to large chart views ***
* (08:28) *** Corrects missing purple air large month chart ***
* (08:28) *** Reorganize large chart view chart links ***

Hi Brian,
Am absolutely loving the chart views…genius!

I might have missed this info ( in which case I apologise)

But..

What is supposed to be in the bottom right of the alt view in portrait?

Good evening Gary

by end of the week should have a setup option to choose an additional chart , just need to create some larger views for those .

options below

indoor
lightning
wind speed average
or just the clock module

also have to cater for those who dont have uv ,solar or additional sensors.

@josep i wouldnt worry about it its not a critical error just php 8 has some stricter error logging ,the ones to worry about are the ones that prevent template functioning they tend to just produce blank screens ..

Update this morning adds a universal view that should suit 99% of users, accommodating those who have no uv, solar, air quality , lightning or may have 2 or 3 air quality sensors or some other configuration is becoming a chore to get it right . so a universal view that should accommodate most. standard view always expects a full range of sensors from a Vantage Pro2 plus setup .

forecast at foot of charts is a singular fixed module does not appear in portrait mode or phone device mode .

As promised I would sit down and work out a solution to those with extra air quality, lightning or NO additional sensors like UV , solar etc .

All Air Quality charts are separate from main charts and each type of air quality sensor hardware , Davis airlink, purple air, luftdaten DIY all have there own own sections . This makes it 100% easier to maintain and implement additions .see below screenshots (Luftdaten will have additional data when time permits to sit down and compile)

Having the main charts just showing your standard hardware without extra bolt on additions like air quality etc reduces the confusion on my side because I can never fathom out or guess what the end user configuration will , it could be got a UV sensor but no solar or vice versa , or no uv , no solar but got air quality so think you get the picture guess work is not a reliable method so its now fixed and standardized .

Air quality charts are accessible via the extra info links or simply clicking on the module in ALT/OS theme layout. see below ..as always original ideas and original concept to keep things relatively easy to use and maintain. see live version of update being used with PHP 8.0.10 https://singaporeweather.info

have a good day off to learn how to sail for a couple of days :-)

Brian,

Yes. So many different configurations it is almost impossible to cover them all. It must drive you :x .

I am holding off on the last update, since I am one of the few, I guess, running an indoor and outdoor AQI. The present charts and Extras are more descriptive and let me get the info from the Main and Alternative layouts.

Not a problem - I will do a little customizing to work around it.

Take care,

Chuck

Hi Chuck im sorry but catering for so many different configurations is somewhat mind blowing believe me or trust me, I can sit here create a perfect layout and then once it is out in the wilds someone will come along and highlight a discrepancy (that's not a problem but often no solution is provided ) simply because the wider range of sensor setups .So don't misunderstand me but with the advent of Meteobridge capabilities of supporting multiple brands simultaneously is just an headache to find a comfortable balance .That said Im not in anyway NOT recommending to use Meteobridge in that way because its highlights its versatile capability and flexibility .But developing for that vast array is often done blind and Im not the person who enjoys that challenge .

Chuck the original layout for multiple air quality hardware is still there all Ive done is consolidated each different hardware type to be able to maintain it going forth. There are some out there who have 4 air quality sensors and each to their own its their hobby, their requirements but trying to fathom a smooth layout for that is beyond me.

So my friendly advice to all start looking elsewhere for a template if your expanding your weather station beyond a standard Davis VP2+ .

Im happy to just plod along with a basic supported template..

Brian

Hi, Brian!
Looking at what happened with the alternative display, I came up with the idea to buy such a device: https://aliexpress.ru/item/1005002055167756.html
I have RPI3 and RPI4. I want to hang this device in a convenient place on a VESA mount on the wall and connect it to the UPS so that it works constantly (convenient in the dark and "readability" is better than on the console).
Hence the question: is it planned to make a version of an alternative display with adaptive resolution in the future? Or, for example, with the ability to select the most common resolutions (1280x800, 1920x1080, 1366x768...).?
Example: if you use the Chronium with the function of switching to full screen via the F11 key in any of the adapted versions of Linux for RPi with a resolution of 1366x768, the area of the screen with modules occupies the center of the screen with empty space on the right and left. Which could be filled in completely by analogy with the iPad version.
Thanks.

@All

Please read !!

Due to the rather inept email I recieved yesterday as of Monday the master download and update files will only be compatible with Davis Vantage hardware that meaning Davis Vantage Pro2(+),Vantage Vue,Envoy .

All other brands like Ecowitt(Fine Offset likes),Weatherflow,Oregon will see a permanent NAG SCREEN advising your weather station hardware is not compatible . The template will still recognize other brands where used as a second station, third station for picking up extra sensors like purple air, airlink, weatherflow lightning, ecowitt lightning ,luftdaten but only when used as an additional sensor will these brands work. The brands will not work or be recognized if they are the main station sensor. Im sorry I really am but Ive said many times, reiterated many times I am not the guy to develop for the vast array of sensors particularly Ecowitt types but Im not going to go over old ground time and time again so If you own a Davis Vantage type hardware then your in safe hands, if not please look elsewhere around the various weather forums there are many solutions to meet your requirements .

so there we are Im sorry but inept emails are not the way to get me to adapt the template to anything other than Davis Vantage hardware .I love to collaborate constructively always appreciate ideas or solutions that are brought to the table but inept emails your wasting time it just deters progress .(ideas/solutions/bugs are constantly acknowledge weekly in change logs on download page , I believe in acknowledging input and efforts made by others ) .

as of Monday nag screen...
