Re: MB Pro stuck on Landing Page after reboot and Reset
This may or may not be related but following a power outage yesterday morning (~ 30 hours ago) resulting in the MB Pro subsequently re-powering/booting it got stuck on boot-up with the following message "Please connect WiFi access point MB-xxxx to config IP at 192.168.1.1" which greeted me when I returned this afternoon. All the rest of the network/routers etc were all good.
Try a re-power same result, connect to MB via WiFi using 192.168.1.1 and just get the Network Tab (only) which checks out as it should, Static IP, Gateway etc as it should be, nothing changed just save and reboot from this page and MB comes up with expected IP config etc and able to access the normal tabs, all appears in order minus data for the past 30 hours.
During the re-power following the outage it picked up MB 2.8 Mar 13 2016, build 9559, previous version would have been March 9

Re: MB Pro stuck on Landing Page after reboot and Reset
9559 is the most recent version and many thought this is what introduced the problem. But since you had a similar situation with an older version, this very well could be related to some "Cloud/Internet" based asset coming from the meteo server which for some reason is not available to the device on boot.
I haven't had any of these issues myself, but I have also refrained from rebooting my MBP until we hear from Boris and get an explanation of what is going on.

As per my previous comment this occurred during a re-boot from the March 9 update to the Mar 13 (build 9559) update, so no problems prior to build 9559.Mattk wrote:....During the re-power following the outage it picked up MB 2.8 Mar 13 2016, build 9559, previous version would have been March 9

Stops at Landing Page.
Some hours later the MB boots in normal mode back - without power cutoff.
Re: MB Pro stuck on Landing Page after reboot and Reset
There has been an outage of the server where Meteobridge loads the application
stack from. Issue has been fixed a few days ago. Do you still face the problem?

Re: MB Pro stuck on Landing Page after reboot and Reset
Appears to be re-booting and loading ok now but is showing as the Mar 13 update, not the 11th or 18th.
Just to clarify if this situation occurred in a remote situation then things would be locked up until manual intervention? Assuming nil power outage issues I suppose one reason to sticky to installed or fixed version if in a production mode?
