can you try a different browser? The current one might have the redirect cached from previous tries.

That was certainly the fix. I flushed the cache of all my browsers and I was able to gain access.

As you are connected via a SAT link latency might be a problem for the remote tunnel. But this is a very special situation we can do little about.
