Thanks for all your help. My Meteohub has Internet Access again.
I had an email from Boris who suggested I try this command echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" >/etc/resolv.conf

I am not quite sure how or why it worked but it does.
I have modified my image at the beginning of this post to show my working settings along side the old.
