I seriously think the rainfall buckets need to overflow...mine are both full!

Just add some dribbles down the side whenever the day's total is over 25mm for those of us that have slightly wetter climates!

Hi Brian,
I just updated and the only thing I see is an issue with the Barometer Chart, Rainfall, UV and AQI
I read your info about the chart color theme. Is main overall default theme now set as Light?

hi chuck If you did it via Github(it was a significant amount of files updated) I would specifically check you updated the preload.php file its the only significant changed file in reference to charts.Yes for now it is a light background , probably by end of July I will have the new charts library all done which will work alongside the theme switcher .Has above I don't want to throw anymore time into the current chart library as it will be removed .
can always use the update file , so far out of 163 downloads of update Ive not had any other issues raised liked this one ,I've crosschecked a few and I don't see anything similar .
@Jason there was a slight error in rain/humidity gauges scaling I forgot to adjust in the files that said animations are a heavy burden on cpu resources , I don't disagree with the idea just need a smart clean solution .I see these gauges has relative indicators not true accurate measuring tools .more of a visual element to indicate i.e if you had 40mm of rain today then the buckets full and there are puddles in the pathway unless you have the perfect flat path

.
Download Update 18th June 2021
* Please always do a *backup before running updates
* New Release Aurora MKII (SE)
* (16:41) Humidity/Rain adjustment for scale in new css file
* (08:47) Fix missing windspeed average formula (Ref Neil)
* (08:23) Brand new theme switcher for future releases
* (08:23) Chart background is now a fixed light theme * This is temporary prepares for a new chart library and expect new charts end of July-August
* Update contains all updates since March 1st
With that Im afraid its suitcase packing time ..Have fun and if things are NOT to anyones liking remember the
backup REMINDER
you can simply revert back..

might be worth checking this , in the ICDSOFT CPANEL they introduced a new server side cache feature which is server side ,its enabled by default this caught me out a few weeks ago when I found some files were not reflecting changes simply disabled it its beneficial for big sites , Wordpress etc, just a thought ?

try updating via the update file … its indicating an error reference to units for rain , pressure , I tried replicating it here but I cant. guarantee its something simple..

Chuck sorry your having problems Id love to really help but wife will go nuts if I don't get packed just perhaps bad timing to release this when Im about to go away for almost three weeks . Ive pushed a few updates last 20 minutes to GITHUB and updated the update file but I don't think there related to this .my gut instinct one file didn't get updated only change to the charts folder was preload.php and couple of wind average files .
the console log shows its related to units

return e.value .toFixed(<br />

Brian,
No problem. I will look around see if I can spot anything.
I did check Ron, and Graham. Ron does not have a UV module and Graham's charts don't seem to be loading.
Take care,
Chuck

https://micklehamweather.com/Weather34/ ... s-year.php loads ok here
grahams loads fine here see screenshot that said at times his site url is slow to load here in Istanbul , I think its his own personal server at his home..
plot thickens on this one ?
as a last resort just do a new install in separate folder and see what happens , just transfer over your CSV files to render charts.

Brian,
I grabbed the full master download and that fixed all of the issues except one. I must have been missing some file updates from github - since I tend to use it for all updates.
The remaining issue is in the 2020 charts. It is also shows in the Master Demo File (latest download) as you can see from the screen capture. I does not show up on Ron's site, so maybe its a previously updated file that did not get in the Master download.

Hi Brian,
I think I found the issue in: yearbarometermodule-2020.php
Code: Select all
<div class="modulecaptionchart">Barometric Pressure<blue1>
<?php
if ($weather["temp_units"]=='C' && $position8=='barometer-modmmHG.php') {echo 'mmHG';}
else echo $weather["barometer_units"];
if ($weather["temp_units"]=='C' && $position8=='barometer-modmmHG.php') {$conv=0.750062;}
else $conv=1;
?>
</blue1>
</div>
<iframe class="charttempmodule" src="weather34charts/yearbarometermodulechart2020.php" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="320px" height="250px"></iframe>
Went back to the older version:
Code: Select all
<div class="modulecaptionchart">Barometer<blue1></div>
<iframe class="charttempmodule" src="weather34charts/yearbarometermodulechart2020.php" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="320px" height="250px"></iframe>
Seems to be fine.
Chuck
