Newbie question - Support for plugin Script

Hi,
I need some help to create a script in order to read out a little html file with sunduration data and import the data via Plugin Interface in meteohub.
The html file is located in http://webcam-beucha.de/meteohub/sonnenstunden.html and has only the decimal value for sunduration data.
I would like import the decimal value as data11 sensor in meteohub.
Unfortunatly, I don´t have some knowledges with scripts and commands like grep or print.
I know the Plugin example here in this forum, but I don´t understand it.
So I need your help.
I need only the script. I can handle the rest.....
