Weatherlink cannot establish connection **solved**

My WeatherLink software is no longer communicating with my WeatherBridge. It was working fine until 2 days ago. WeatherLink is setup using the TCP/IP; Remote IP Address Communications Port. When I click on “Test”, a pop-up window displays the message “Cannot establish connection since port is already in use. Please disconnect the device and connect it again”.
The following messages appear in the meteobridge system log:
logger (28.02.2015 13:10:23): 10.0.0.3's request on port 22222 accepted.
logger (28.02.2015 13:11:11): connection on port 22222 closed.
I have tried rebooting the WeatherBridge, my router, and my laptop…all with no success.
Currently running: Meteobridge 2.5 (Feb 24 2015, build 6013), FW 1.4
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated?
