Need Cyntax to FTP upload my cam to wunderground

Hello,
Could someone help me with what cyntax I need to place in a push service for FTP upload of my camera? I've tried to use my password, cam name etc but it fails everytime I try. I'm reading the instructions on the info site but I'm not sure which FTP to use; FTP Cam upload or just FTP upload. I've tried both. This is a non Ubiqiti cam. Boris helped me get the cam picture in meteobridge using the "external picture" in "select Station" tab. Please provide me some detailed information on what and where to enter it so I can upload a static picture every couple mins.
