Wind text in graph - translate

Is there a way to rename the text direction of the wind in your chart? This is about me translated into Czech.
Actuall translate in ENG:

The solution for the above problem can be sorted out very easily,I personally follow a few online charting tools,the I used is totally free and user friendly with variety of
free chart and advanced functions like 3d charts.
