The IP Address assigned by my ISP gives a location of a different city than where my weather station is located. So it does not appear in the search for my particular city even though it is the only weather station in this town. I have the Lat/Lon precise to the location, is there a way to disable the "IP-based Location" and use the coordinates instead?

IP-Based location is just for your convenience, but it is not
used for weather data uploads etc. What you specify via
Lat/Long does rule.
