Now when i active new system id old is blacklist. Is there way to change code when you transfer activation from old to already user id. So that transfer remove blacklist from used id and blacklist. Diagram below

current id : 010120 -> transfer 010220 (010120 blacklisted)

after..

curent id : 010220 -> transfer 010120 blacklised (remove blacklist when transferring) and (010220 blacklist)

You have to keep the MAC and other system parameters constant in your guest VM, otherwise you will have this problem.
