New version feed

Hi,
Is there an RSS feed (or something similar) that I can link to so that I know when new version of MeteoBridge or MeteoStick software/firmware come out? That way I know I need to go cycle power and get the latest and greatest software? Maybe a sticky post that I can have the forum send me e-mail when it's updated?
I'm asking, because I checked my meteoStick today, and decided to hit the "Update Firmware" button for the fun of, only to see that the fw version went from 1.4 to 2.3b1. Apparently I missed A LOT of updates, since it doesn't update the stick automatically. I have randomly unplugged the MeteoBridge every month or two, so that was maybe saying kinda up-to-date, but not the stick.
