I purchased a MeteoBridge about a month ago. Recently it has been dropping data. Lately only the power light glows and it no longer responds to a ping or an HTTP request. I think it may be dead. How do I get a replacement?

May be router has just given it new ip via dhcp?
Did you try finding out its new ip?
