I was just checking on my meteohub, and noticed there is an update to 5.0j. I can't find any info on what the update holds, and thus, whether I should update from 5.0i.

Can you shed some light on 5.0j release?

I also can not find any changelog of v5.0j

5.0j were just some very special technical fixes on dedicated requests of some users having an issue with 5.0i.
BTW, we just released 5.0k
