Änderungen gegenüber V2.3d:

* Sensor-Kalibrierungen sind für den Datenaufzeichnungsprozess wieder anwendbar (bug in 2.3d beseitigt).
* Umrechnung von Längen und Breitengraden in dezimale Darstellung bei negativen Werten für die westliche Hemisphäre und Südhalbkugel korrigiert.
* Zeiten für Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang berücksichtigen einen Tageswechsel bei der Umrechnung von UTC nach Ortszeit.
* Variable \"actual_daylength_civaltwilight_hh:mm\" in \"actual_daylength_civiltwilight_hh:mm\" umbenannt.
* Nach Speichern von Positionsänderungen auf der Seite \"Einstellungen\" wird die Datenaufzeichnung automatisch neu gestartet, um die Änderungen bei der live-Datenausgabe zu berücksichtigen.

Changes since V2.3d:

* Sensor calibration is now effective again for the data logger (bug from 2.3d fixed).
* Conversion from latitude and longitude (deg, min, sec) to decimal format now handles western hemisphere and south part of the globe correctly.
* Time for sunrise and sunset will now handle day shifts appropriately when dayling with local time.
* Variable \"actual_daylength_civaltwilight_hh:mm\" renamed to \"actual_daylength_civiltwilight_hh:mm\".
* changes in the location definitions on the \"settings\" page will automatically restart the data logger to take this into account.

I hope this bug fix release does the trick for some of the reported issues with 2.3d. I wanted it to be out of the door quickly.

If you don't have trouble with previous versions it might be a good idea to wait.. there are certainly more bug fixes to come... and I will hopefully close more bugs than inventing new ones over time ;-)

Should have known :woohoo:
Can't help it... had a stable system running, but just HAD to have a go at the new variables... must have been no 1 to d/l once again.
System is booting as I write this. Keep fingers X-ed for non-major bugs :silly:

sorry for your inconvenience.
It is not easy to balance my Meteohub time between development and testing. :-)

Hey, I AM asking for troubel... just can't stay out of it :) It's part of the fun I guess!

System is up and running... and I did a text=all dump and it seems the sun is missing (yeah it IS middle of the night, right B) )
---snip---
actual_date0_sec_local 53
actual_lunar_phase_percentage 78.8
actual_lunar_phase_segment 5
actual_thb0_temp_c 22.4
---snip---

Apart from that, it seems to work, but still re-computing data

the data logger that is computing all this needs your coordinates. So far these have not been stored into its config file.
coordinates are brought to its config file when you change them. Just change them on the settings page, press \"save\", change back, press \"save\" and now the data logger has the information it needs to compute all this.

Phases of the moon are not dependent from your position on earth, therefore this works from scratch...

Looking good!
actual_sunrise_standard_local 04:11
actual_sunset_standard_local 21:39
Once I do fill in the locations properly!
It's getting late...

Data logging is stopped and not weather data is being broadcast to WU nor graphs being generated after upgrade. I've tried to stop and start the data logger manually, but it did not make a difference.

Do I need to wait until my data is recomputed? I've been off the air for over a half-hour now.

Data logging should not be halted. Could you please check if this problem is repeatable? Tested on my system and I don't have this effect. Weather network feeds do need the dsta logger running, so the WU problem is a side effect of not having the logger running.

Since 2.3c time scheduled graph generation is halted until recomputation is finished. Reason: a) prevent Meteohub from uploading empty graphs that result from not having the needed data recomputed. b) gives more processing time for recomputation of data.
This has been burried in the release notes somewhere.

Live data including sunrise, sunset does not need the recomputation finished. They work instantly when the data logger is running.

2.3e installed.

a) Data logging running fine here.

b) Calibrations now being applied[1].

c) Sunrise & Sunset agree with WD (not all of Europe is in the Eastern hemisphere ;) ).

Thank you. :cheer:

[1] That appeared not to be the case when I first looked in 'Sensors', so I did a Save in weather station and when I next looked all was okay.
