Rainfall report - Back 30 hours

National reporting times for rainfall are 9am (past 24 hours) and 3pm (past 6 hours), Is there a simple way to include the 9am 24 hour total in a single email at 3pm? Rainfall output would read be something like
At 3pm dd/mm/yyyy
Rainfall for the 24 hours to 9am xx.xmm
Rainfall for the 6 hours to 3pm yy.ymm
6 hour total sum to 3pm is no problem, anybody have ideas on the 24 hour total inclusion going back 30 hours?
